We had checked into an air bnb and it was so filthy we couldn’t stay there. We were able to book a room at the holiday inn express quickly, the rate was very reasonable, check in was quick, lobby was clean! We went to our room on the third floor. Room was very clean, beds are super comfortable, nice chilly temperature at night which is perfect for sleeping, dove products in the bathroom! Great water pressure! We were so comfortable here. Decent breakfast, really neat pancake machine! Eggs were over cooked, but turkey sausage was yummy. I wish there was more fruit. Only a few apples in the bowl. My only two small complaints were a strong marijuana smell in the first floor hallway as we made our way to the elevators, and the bathtub is VERY slippery. I almost fell getting in the shower. Thank goodness there’s a bar in there to grab. Thank goodness for this hotel, we were able to get some rest in a comfortable clean room and I would absolutely stay here again!!

We had some issues with the tub draining in our bathroom, but staff promptly fixed it. We were traveling for Thanksgiving and my daughter and I felt safe while staying here. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the breakfast eggs/meat were kind of bland. Overall it was a great place for our 3 days in town.

My daughter forgot her boots when checking out. I called the same day, we checked out to ask if I could have someone pick them up for me. Unfortunately, they said they never found them. Someone that worked there must have stolen her boots. I told them exactly where the boots were placed in the room and the hotel never found them. Unless, they didn't vacuum after we left. It didn't seem like they had before we checked in. Our room wasn't very clean upon arrival. Worst Hoilday Inn we'd ever stayed at.

Tub was very slick when entering and I slipped and experienced a very hard fall hitting my head, face, torso, leg and ankle. Another friend said her tub also was very slick. Might want to check what cleaning solution is being used.

It met our needs. Easy to get to and check in, although some had to wait because staff was not available at desk. Staff not very helpful for recommending restaurants in area.
